Information Ettle collects

Ettle collects the account information and profile details you provide, including your email address, name, member group, discipline, professional or educational affiliation, location, introduction, and optional profile photo. It also stores the conversations, replies, private messages, and reports you choose to submit.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the private focus group, authenticate members, display member profiles, support community participation, respond to safety concerns, improve Ettle, and communicate about account access. Ettle does not sell member information.

Visibility and sharing

Profile information, posts, and replies are visible to signed-in Ettle members. Private messages are visible only to their participants. Profile photos are stored at a public asset URL and should not contain confidential information. Service providers such as Supabase and the hosting provider process information to operate Ettle.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and account information, change your password, or delete your account from Account Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your Ettle profile and related community data. Contact the focus-group organizer through the support path provided with your invitation for access or privacy questions.

Focus-group notice

This is draft language for a limited beta evaluation and should be reviewed before Ettle opens beyond the focus group. Do not post patient, client, student, employment, or other confidential information.
